Martyn shares their NHS memories

Martyn talks about his career in the NHS.

I have been working in the NHS for 15 years and it's an organisation that I have wanted to be part of since working in care when I was 18.

I started as a Support working, working in pediatrics and then child's mental health.

I was part of the first wave of Nursing associate (NA) back in 2018 and I am proud to see this role grow and support the nursing team.

I was lucky to celebrate the 70th anniversary at 10 Downing Street but I feel incredibly proud and lucky to celebrate this moment with my team in general practice.

I have such an amazing and supportive manager and a staff, the admin team, the Nurses, HCA's to the doctor's them selves we all work hard everyday to provide and care to our patients.

I am proud to say I work for the NHS and always will do.
