Frequently Asked Questions
A Pain Café is a drop-in group (usually monthly) where people living with the impacts of long-term pain can meet together, sharing ideas and learning new skills to find ways of living better with pain.
While it may be true that persistent pain can't be 'cured', there are many parts of your life where changes can be made.
These groups are a social, welcoming, comfortable and safe space where everyone can be heard.
