Frome Medical Practice
Live Well With Pain 10 footsteps courses - To take part you have to be registered with Frome Medical Practice.
The pain cafe runs on the last Friday of every month from 11:30 until 12:30.

North Sedgemoor PCN Health Coaches currently have no support groups running. The Health Coaches can offer 1:1 with patients experiencing pain using the Live Well with Pain Ten Footsteps approach.

Live Well with Pain cafes:
Milborne Port - 1st Tuesday of the month from 11.00am – 12.30pm at the communal lounge at Wheathill Close (DT9 5EU)
Bruton - The cafe is currently on hold and we hope to resume in due course.
Queen Camel - 2nd Wednesday of the month from 11.30am – 12.30pm at the communal lounge at Cleaveside Close (BA22 7PR)
Wincanton - 3rd Thursday of the month from 2.00-3.00pm at the communal lounge in Balsam Close (BA9 9HW)
Castle Cary - 4th Thursday of the month from 11.00am to 12 noon at the communal lounge at Catherines Close. (BA7 7HP)
ONLINE Live Well with Pain café (PCN-wide open to any patients in any surgery)
On Microsoft Teams on the third Wednesday of each month from 7.00-8.00pm
