Here are some of our suggestions for apps you might find useful when looking for support with your pain management. These are available on Google Apps and the Apple App store and can be downloaded for mobile or tablet/iPad.
These apps have been recommended by those in the pain management community and are not endorsed by the NHS.
Insight Timer
This app has a lot of free meditations and loads around the theme of mindfulness led by Mindfulness practitioner Hugh Byrne.
Curable App
All three members of Curable's leadership team experienced chronic pain first-hand. The education and tools that we have packaged into the Curable program follow the same evidence-based strategies we used to recover from our own pain, including: degenerative disc disease, migraine, sciatica, RSI, knee pain, pelvic pain, and more.
